What we collect

We collect your name, mobile phone number and selected SMS programs when you submit an enrollment request. We also record the date and time, consent text, policy version, source page, IP address and browser information. Support communications may contain contact information and order references you provide.

How we use information

We use this information to process messaging requests, document consent, manage cancellations, provide customer support and protect the service from abuse. Order information is used to support the order-related service you requested. Promotional messages require separate consent.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from sharing for third-party or affiliate marketing. SMS is optional. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting market@listing-market-offers.com. We may verify your identity before processing a request. Reply STOP to an active program to cancel SMS. Use /unsubscribe with your private cancellation code to revoke a website request. Applicable legal requirements may limit deletion.

Browser storage

We store your private cancellation code in session storage for the current browser session. This project includes no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If additional trackers are introduced, this policy must be updated before use.

Audience

This cat-food retail messaging program is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not knowingly enroll children. Contact support if a child has supplied information.

Updates
