Cat food for everyday feeding: dry food, wet food and treats, with support for orders, shipping and returns. This website provides business information, support and optional SMS preferences. These terms do not replace the actual purchase, shipping, return and refund terms provided with an order. Contact customer support before purchase if those terms are unavailable.

Order Updates program

Listing Market Offers Order Updates sends automated SMS for order confirmations, shipping updates and delivery tracking. Message frequency varies with order activity. Messages may include links to order or carrier tracking pages.

Offers program

Listing Market Offers Offers sends recurring automated promotional SMS about our own cat-food products and offers, up to 4 messages per month. Promotional consent is separate from order-update consent.

Enrollment

You must provide your own US mobile number, be at least 18 and have authority to use that number. Enrollment requires your affirmative choice and phone verification before activation. Neither checkbox is preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without SMS. Consent applies only to the identified brand and selected programs.

Fees and frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier plan determines any charges. Order message frequency varies; the Offers program, when available, is limited to 4 messages per month.

STOP and cancellation

Reply STOP to cancel all SMS from this program. One final message may acknowledge your cancellation. No further program messages will be sent unless a valid new enrollment is completed. You may also contact market@listing-market-offers.com or use your private cancellation code at /unsubscribe to revoke a website request.

Delivery and phone changes

Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned. Do not transmit payment-card information, passwords or identity documents by SMS.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process mobile information and consent. We may update these terms and publish a new version. A change in messaging purposes does not automatically extend your existing consent.
